Are all datasets records published immediately after their creation in DR-NTU (Data)?

By default, all dataset records are in draft and unpublished state upon creation.

Data depositors can decide when to publish the dataset records to make it available online publicly with immediate effect. Data files in a dataset may be released at a later time if an embargo is applied.

To publish the dataset, click on the "Publish" button on the right hand side of the dataset record.
