Login Issues

  • Verify that you can sign in through OpenAthens
    Try logging in using this test link.
  • If you are unable to sign in:
    • There may be an issue with your NTU account, such as an incorrect password, a disabled account, or other authentication-related problems. You can reset your password at https://pwd.ntu.edu.sg. For other account-related issues, please contact Service Desk. 
    • If the login page does not display an error message or remains unresponsive, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or use a different browser.
