If you encounter this error message:

Your membership doesn't allow access. You have either landed on a resource which is not subscribed by NTU Library or your membership may not allow you to have access to this resource.

There are two possibilities:

  1. You are accessing database(s) that are not available for your library membership type. You can search for the database(s) name in the A-to-Z list to check if you have access to the database for your membership type.
     
  2. Your NTU network account does not have library access enabled. To request e-resources, please click on the FAQ below.
