Yes, full-time NTU staff can request library e-resources access on behalf of the visiting researcher by submitting this form: https://forms.office.com/r/0jrNu5vFA9 (NTU staff login required). 

Upon submission,  the request will be reviewed and will be granted access upon Library's approval within 3 working days.
