NTU does not have a subscription for Zotero storage. The work around is to sync references without the fulltext.

Sync your references in Zotero with your online library without including full-text attachments, you can adjust your sync settings as follows:

  1. Open Zotero.
  2. Go to Edit > Preferences (on Windows) or Zotero > Preferences (on macOS).
  3. In the Sync tab, make sure you are logged into your Zotero account.
  4. Under the File Syncing section:
    • Uncheck the option for Sync attachment files in My Library using Zotero Sync. This ensures that only your references (metadata) will be synced without full-text files.
  5. Click OK to save the changes.

Now, when you sync, only the references will sync to your online library, leaving out any full-text attachments. Remember that you can still access full-text files locally on your device. For further assistance/help please email library@ntu.edu.sg to make an appointment for a consultation.
