For any data lost in this case, NSS IT is unable to provide data recovery services within the library PCs to prevent any further damage and performs PC health checks to ensure that the PCs are working in good condition.

To avoid losing data on Windows, it is essential to remove external hardware like USB drives and hard drives safely, by using the Safely Remove Hardware icon on the taskbar. Make sure that all activities in the external hardware have stopped in order before safely ejecting. 

For data recovery within the external hardware, users may wish to contact third-party professional data recovery centers directly.
