Please use the request form in this LibGuide.

Before requesting EndNote, you could consider Zotero. We recommend Zotero as an alternative reference management tool. After careful consideration, we find Zotero offers several advantages for NTU students and staff. One key benefit is its ability to locate full-text articles for items in your library that may not have PDFs attached.

For example, EndNote Desktop must be uninstalled when students or staff graduate or leave NTU, necessitating the transfer of research material references to a separate file for reuse. In contrast, Zotero is open-source software that can be used without interruption after graduation, providing you with ongoing access to your research materials.

We are here to support you every step of the way. You may request a consultation (10-15 mins) to learn how to use Zotero and to transfer your existing works from EndNote. Additionally, if you feel that a 6-month loan of EndNote would be beneficial to complete your current projects while transitioning to Zotero, please let us know, and we will be happy to arrange that for you.
