The e-book URLs will not work when shared with others. To get a permalink, you can follow these steps.

  1. Go to Safari O'Reilly Platform for Higher Education database
  2. Search for the e-book by its title
  3. Click on the e-book that you need the permalink for
  4. In the address bar, add "?ar" to the end of it. E.g.: https://learning.oreilly.com/library/view/defensive-security-handbook/9781098127237/?ar
  5. You will be prompted with the screen below. Please click on "Institution not listed" and key in your NTU email address

     
  6. Following that, you may be prompted to login with NTU credentials. Once logged in, you should be able to access the e-book.
