Employee-related data such as name, designation and appointment are synced from the University's HR system in Workday.  If the information is incorrect, please submit a request at Ask Workday@NTU to update your Workday profile.  Only then will the data will be pulled to your migrated Profile.

At ServiceNow, go to the search box and key in Ask Workday
