How can I book Library Spaces and PCs?

Booking of Library Facilities (Spaces and PCs) can be done at http://bit.ly/NTULibFacilities and it is open to NTU Staff and Students.

Booking of Facilities is available for the following locations:

• Art, Design & Media Library
• Business Library 
• Communication & Information Library 
• Lee Wee Nam Library 
• Chinese Library

1. Book Library Facilities (Spaces and PCs)

• Visit LibFacilities, open to all NTU Staff and Students. 
• Click on any facility to view available timeslots. Select your preferred timeslot and submit your booking.
• Ensure you complete the entire booking process. A booking confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

Note:

• Each user is allowed only one active booking session at a time. Remember to check out to end your current booking.
• If you no longer need a confirmed booking, please cancel it using the link provided in the booking confirmation email.

The video below is a demo of the booking process for PCs.(Partial booking and deleting of Bloomberg PC is shown too) The booking process is similar for Facilities. After booking, an email will be sent with a check in code to be used later on.

2. Self-Check In

Please self-check in within 15 minutes from the start of your booking time using the link provided in your Booking Confirmation email. Your booking will be released if you do not perform the check in within 15 minutes from the start of your booking time.

3. Self-Check Out

To end your booking, please self-check out via the link provided in your Booking Confirmation email.

Other Notes:

• NTU Library reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking or assign an alternative venue.
• If you encounter any difficulties with your booking, please approach Service Desk.
