Please sign into ORCID using 'Personal account' on the ORCID page. Do not select 'Institutional account'.

 

 

CITS has advised that the 'Personal account' instead of 'Institutional account' be used. Based on the current set up, the 'Institutional account' will not able to successfully facilitate the collection of access tokens (ie. NTU faculty members to grant NTU permission).
