To manually add a work

  • Login to ORCID at https://orcid.org/
  • Go to works and click +Add 
  • Select Add work manually 
  • Fill in the metadata.

Manual entries are attributed to you as the source, rather than to a database or organization.

You can edit or delete any entry you added yourself; entries added by trusted organizations can only be deleted by you, not edited.
