Part-time teaching staff (with NTU Workday accounts) are automatically members of NTU Library. They can log in to Library Account  to verify. For per-time teaching staff who have renewed contracts, library membership is automatically renewed upon the update of contract expiry date in Workday. 

Membership cards are not required for borrowing library items or enter our libraries except for:

  • Lee Wee Nam Library - Upon request, we can create library cards for part-time teaching staff to scan at access gates. Please submit a request with your digital passport photo to circulation@ntu.edu.sg. 
  • Library Outpost - this requires temporary access card which can only be issued by your respective schools. Please approach your school administrators for the cards. 

For borrowing of library items, you can enter your NTU network username in the self-check machines and check out the items under your library account. 

You can access e-resources using the NTU network username and password issued to you.
