Schools/ Co-ordinator/ Host have to submit the application on behalf of the visiting professors, adjunct faculty, research fellows and part-time teaching staff.

Alternatively, visiting professors, adjunct faculty, research fellows and part-time teaching staff (without staff card)  can apply for membership by emailing to library@ntu.edu.sg.

Schools will have to apply for an NTU network account on your behalf so that you can access the Library's e-resources.

Visiting professors, adjunct faculty, research fellows and part-time teaching staff (with staff card) will have their library privileges activated within a month after they joined the University. They only need to register if they wish to have their library privileges activated earlier.

The applicant will be informed of the outcome once the application has been processed.
