If you are unable to locate an item on the shelf which has the status "available" in OneSearch, please approach the staff at the Service Desk or use the various contact methods available at unmanned libraries

If we are unable to locate the book immediately, we will take note of your details and the item details. 

We will search for the item for one week. If we are still unable to locate the item, we will mark the item as missing and inform you. 

If you still require the book after it is marked missing, you can submit a book recommendation, subject to Library's decision.
