In NTU OA Policy, there is no such requirement. However, some research funders have the requirements. Publication to be made open access within 1 year from publication date is a mandatory requirement for projects funded by Agency for Science and Technology (A*STAR), Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Health (MOH) and National Research Foundation (NRF).
