NTU has a statutory licence with CLASS - http://www.class-singapore.com/ and hence multiple copying or communication is permissible for the purpose of a course of education provided by the University provided the following conditions are met:

For literary, dramatic, musical or artistic works

- a max. of 10% of total pages, or 1 chapter, (take the greater) OR 10% of total bytes, - electronic

For articles within a periodical publication:

- 1 article from an issue of  a periodical, or two or more if on the same topic
