There are a few possibilities:

  1. NTU does not subscribe to the journal you require - You can request for a copy of the article via our Document Delivery Service.
     
  2. Your membership does not allow access. NTU Staff/Students have access to all subscribed e-resources while other groups have limited access. If you are accessing as an alumni, please refer to Library Services for Alumni to view the e-resources available to you. If you are an NIE Staff/Student, you would have restricted access as listed on this page. 
     
  3. Check the library database page for any downtime notices and try again after the downtime period
     
  4. There could be a temporary technical glitch - You should report the problem for further troubleshooting. If possible, recount the steps you did and attach screenshots of the error to Ask A Librarian.
