Yes, you can assign dataset creation rights to other project team member(s) in your sub-dataverse(s).

Before you can assign dataset creation rights to your project team member(s), they would have to do a first time login to DR-NTU (Data).

After which, you may assign them a suitable role in your sub-dataverse(s) by going to Edit>>Permissions>>Users/Groups>>Assign Roles to Users/Groups.
