Q. I am trying to export/download a file from a library-subscribed databases. Nothing is being downloaded. What should I do?

Answer

If you are using Chrome and the database is on non-secured HTTP, Chrome blocks any pop-ups or downloads by default.

To enable downloads, please enable "Always allow pop-ups" for this page and try downloading the file again.
