1. From the SciFinder-n login page, click on "Can't Log In?". 
  2. Enter your SciFinder-n username or NTU email address to recover your account.
  3. Follow the steps to enter the verification code sent to your email address and reset your password.  

If it still doesn't work, you can email help@cas.org with your full name and NTU email address for help.
