If you are using the SciFinder-n add-in in the ChemDraw application, you will need to activate ChemDraw/CAS SciFindern Proxy Connection by following the instructions here. 

The proxy access URL to add is https://scifinder-n.cas.org.remotexs.ntu.edu.sg (no slash at the end). 

If you wish to transfer Chemdraw structures into SciFinder-n, please refer to the instruction listed in the file link below.
