If you require historical data across a broad time period, you can check the Department of Statistics Singapore’s SingStat Table Builder (Go to Find Data > Singstat Table Builder). You may also use data.gov.sg, the Singapore government's open data repository for its publicly-available datasets from 70 public agencies.

The Library has subscription to CEIC Data and Statista, which also contain statistics on Singapore.
