From 1 April 2025, all campus libraries and facilities will use NTU Pass. Please note that matric card or staff card replacement requests will no longer be accepted after 18 July 2025.

Kindly confirm how you would like us to proceed:

  • Block your account – prevents potential misuse, but you will lose access to Lee Wee Nam Library and library resources, even with NTU Pass.

  • Keep your account active – allows continued use of NTU Pass but carries the risk of your lost card being misused.
