You are strongly recommended to update your DMP when there are significant changes to the data (e.g. ownership, sensitivity) and/or its management (e.g. access, storage), and upon project closure.

You can update your DMP in NTU Research Information SystEm (RISE) any time before and up to 1 year after project end date.

In addition, please note that the NTU DMP template has been revised since 18 Jun 2020. If your DMP was created prior to that, you will need to address the new questions in the DMP (i.e. questions 4, 6 and 9).
