Q. [COVID-19] I dropped my books in one of the Book Bins before the libraries were closed, why am I still getting notices that they are still in my account?

Answer

There could have been a system error. However, we are currently unable to verify onsite.

Do not worry, all loans will be extended and renewed automatically until further notice. Any fines incurred during this period will be waived.
