Yes, the local Integrated Grant Management System (IGMS) requires ORCID iD. Please see the following screen capture of the IGMS form which asks for ORCID iD:

Upon entering your ORCID iD, you will be asked to click a button to authenticate your ORCID iD via the ORCID website. Upon clicking, you will be re-directed to the website. You will be asked to sign in with your ORCID account or register for ORCID to complete the authentication process. See the following screen capture:

 

NRF (National Research Foundation Singapore) also requires authorization to access grant applicant’s ORCID record. See the following screen capture:
