To log in to your personal Reaxys account, please use this link instead: https://libguides.ntu.edu.sg/reaxys

Make sure the URL contains "remotexs.ntu.edu.sg". This is the only way you can ensure that you are using an authorized IP.

So when you go through https://libguides.ntu.edu.sg/reaxys and click, Reaxys will have a popup asking you to sign in or register. Just close the box. Then on the top right of the page there is a Sign In button. You can click on that since it contains "remotexs.ntu.edu.sg". 

If you are still unable to access your personal Reaxys account, please let us know via the NTU Ask A Librarian form.
