Yes. You are recommended to include at least one more email address in addition to your institutional/employment email address in case you lose access when you are no longer affiliated with the institution or employer. 

It is good practice to add a personal email address (not tied to any institution) as a backup, so you retain access to your account if you leave an institution and lose access to your institutional email.

Note that one email must be designated as your primary email address, which is used for official ORCID communications.
