How do I change the visibility of individual items in my ORCID record?

When you are signed into your account, you can change the visibility setting for each item individually, enabling you to choose which you want to display publicly or only share with trusted parties or no one at all.

1. Log in to your ORCID account at https://orcid.org/ 
2. Navigate to the section you want to update (e.g., Biography, Education, Employment, Works, Funding).
3. Next to each item, you’ll see a visibility icon: Everyone, Trusted Parties, Only me

1. Click the icon to select visibility levels.
2. Changes are saved automatically.
