Q. I need an article that is not available via NTU Library. How do I request for Document Delivery?

Answer

We offer delivery of articles, book chapters and other publications not available in our libraries.
 
What items can you request?
Journal articles, book chapters, conference papers, government documents and technical reports.
 
Turnaround time

Ranges from 1-3 working days. Hard-to-find items may take a longer time. You will be notified by email when your item is available.

Requests submitted must be related to your research or coursework and must be within the constraints of the Copyright Act.

Faculty, researchers and students of RSIS and NIE should use the document delivery service offered at their respective libraries.
 
Cost

We will notify you of the relevant charges.
Charges may be waived for NTU staff and students. Associate members are to pay for their own requests.
