NTU Library grants loan and reference privileges to members of NTU Board of Trustees. Loan and reference privileges are granted on a case-by-case basis for the following without the need for membership registration:

1. Chief executive officers of government agencies
2. Officers of director status of government agencies
3. Members of Parliament & persons of similar status
